Terms of service.

PromptedSite ("we", "us") operates promptedsite.com, a library of AI design prompts and accompanying source code, operated from Indonesia. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or purchasing a plan you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PromptedSite sells access to digital content: engineered text prompts that generate animated web interfaces when used with third-party AI tools, video previews, and — for premium plans — downloadable source code. Free items can be copied without an account. Premium items require an active entitlement (a one-time Lifetime purchase).

AI tools are probabilistic: the same prompt can produce varying results depending on the tool, model version, and context. Previews show a representative result, not a guaranteed output. The included source code reflects the previewed result.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your login email secure. One account is for one person; sharing an account or its unlocked content with others is not permitted. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, abuse rate limits, or attempt to scrape the catalog.

The paid plan is Lifetime: a one-time payment granting access for as long as the service operates, including future drops — there is no subscription or recurring charge. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases; promotional pricing is temporary.

Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record partner (such as Polar or Whop), which acts as the seller of record for the transaction, handles applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax), and appears on your statement. Card details never touch our servers.

Because prompts are digital content that is consumed on viewing, refunds are handled case-by-case: request one within 14 days of purchase via hello@promptedsite.com provided you have not substantially accessed premium content (unlocked prompts or downloaded source archives). Refunds are executed by the merchant of record and are also subject to its policies and to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction, which these Terms do not limit.

You may not: redistribute, resell, or publish the prompt library or source archives (in whole or in part, modified or not) as a competing collection; systematically scrape, bulk-download, or circumvent rate limits and access controls; use the service to violate law or third-party rights. The full scope of what you may build with purchased content is defined in the License Agreement.

Content is licensed, not sold. The curation, prompt engineering, previews, and the site itself are our intellectual property. Templates are derived from open-source projects used under their original licenses — attributions are listed on Licenses. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights you independently hold under those upstream open-source licenses.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that generated results will match previews or be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time; Lifetime access continues for as long as the service operates. We may terminate accounts for breach, with refunds (if any) handled under Section 05.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally via email.
