License agreement.

01The grant

Subject to the Terms of Service, PromptedSite grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the content you have lawfully accessed — prompts, the outputs you generate from them, and (on premium plans) the included source code — in an unlimited number of personal and client projects, commercial or not. This covers websites, apps, and end products you build for yourself, your employer, or your clients, including paid client work.

02Free vs premium items

Free items (marked "Copy") may be used under this same license without an account. Premium items require an active entitlement: a one-time Lifetime purchase, which grants access to unlock premium content — including future drops — for as long as the service operates.

03What you may not do

You may not: (a) redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish prompts or source archives on their own — as-is or trivially modified — including in prompt libraries, template marketplaces, boilerplate collections, or dataset dumps; (b) share account access or unlocked content with people outside your project team; (c) present the library itself (rather than things you build with it) as your own product. In short: ship products, not the library.

04Ownership of what you build

You own your end products and the outputs you generate. We claim no rights over your projects. The prompts, curation, and previews remain our intellectual property; the license never transfers ownership of the library content itself.

05Upstream open source

Templates are derived from open-source projects (predominantly MIT-licensed) — see Licenses & attributions. Where source code includes upstream open-source components, those components remain governed by their original licenses, and nothing in this agreement restricts rights those licenses grant you independently. Keep upstream copyright notices intact inside source files where present.

06Lifetime, defined honestly

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the service: a one-time payment grants access — including future drops — for as long as PromptedSite operates, with no recurring fees. Licenses for content you have already used in projects survive even if the service ever shuts down.

07Termination

This license terminates automatically if you materially breach it (Section 03). Upon termination you must stop using unlocked content in new projects; end products already shipped in good faith remain licensed.
